Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) Recruitment 2017- Constable Tradesmen posts: Applications are invited from eligible Indian citizens (Male & Female) for filling up the vacancies of above posts, in Group ‘C’ (non-Gazetted & non Ministerial), on temporary basis likely to be permanent in Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force. The posts have All India liability and selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India and even abroad. On appointment, the candidates shall be governed by the ITBPF Act, 1992 and ITBPF Rules, 1994. Applications from candidates will be accepted through ON¬LINE MODE only. Vacancy Details:

➢ Constable Tailor: 19 posts (Male-16, Female-03)

➢ Constable Gardener: 38 posts (Male-32, Female-06)

➢ Constable Cobbler: 27 posts (Male-23, Female-04)

➢ Constable Water Carrier: 95 posts (Male- 81, Female-14)

➢ Constable Safai Karamchari: 33 posts (Male-28, Female-5)

➢ Constable Cook: 55 posts (Male- 47, Female-8)

➢ Constable Washerman: 25 posts (Male-21, Female-04 posts)

➢ Constable Barber: 11 posts (Male-09, Female-02)

Pay Scale : Level 3 in Pay Matrix Rs. 21700-69100/- (as per 7th CPC).

Qualification:

1. Constable (Tailor, Gardener & Cobbler):

(a) 10th Class pass from a recognized Board;

(b) Two years work experience in respective trade; or

(c) One year certificate from Industrial Training Institute/Vocational Institute with at least one year           experience in respective trade; or

(d) Two years Diploma from Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in the trade.

Note: So far as work experience in trade is concerned, self attestation of required experience will                 also be accepted.

2. Constable (Water Carrier, Safai Karamchari, Cook, Washerman & Barber): 10th Class pass from a        recognized Board.

Age limit:

1. Constable (Tailor, Gardener & Cobbler): 18 to 23 years

2. Constable (Water Carrier, Safai Karamchari, Cook, Washerman & Barber): 18 to 25 yearsAge              relaxation per govt rule.
